قطر الخيرية منظمة غير حكومية دولية تعمل في مجال المساعدات التنموية والإنسانية منذ عام 1992 وفقا للقوانين المنظمة للقطاع غير الهادف للربح في دولة قطر. يوجد مكتب لقطر الخيرية في دولة موريتانيا يعمل بفعالية وكفاءة في التصدي لأهم التحديات الإنسانية والإنمائية التي تواجهها الطبقات الفقيرة والمحتاجة في موريتانيا في مجالات إنسانية عدة.
في مقدمة أولويات قطر الخيرية مساعدة الأطفال ضحايا الأزمات والكوارث، قبل أن تتوسع مجالات عمل قطر الخيرية لتشمل قطاعات إنسانية وتنموية متنوعة مثل التعليم، والصحة، والمياه والإصحاح، والغذاء، والتمكين الاقتصادي، والطفولة، والرعاية الاجتماعية والوئام الاجتماعي.
:وعليه، تعلن قطر الخيرية عن حاجتها للتعاقد مع مكتب محاماة لمكتبها في دولة موريتانيا على أساس سنوي على ان تتوفر فيه الشروط التالية
حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس في القانون –
خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في المحاماة وفقا لقانون دولة موريتانيا –
حاصل على شهادة مزاولة المحاماة في دولة موريتانيا –
قادر على تمثيل قطر الخيرية في جميع درجات التقاضي (الابتدائية و الاستئناف و التمييز) في دولة موريتانيا –
خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في قانون العمل والقانون المدني وقانون الضرائب في دولة موريتانيا –
التواصل باللغة العربية أو الإنجليزية ( تحدث وكتابة وقراءة ) –
المهام والمسؤوليات
إعطاء استشارات قانونية في مجالات عدة منها في القانون المدني و قانون العمل… الخ –
تحرير وكتابة ومراجعة العقود والاتفاقيات لمكتب قطر الخيرية -موريتانيا –
التفاوض –
إعطاء نصائح بشأن التعاقد مع المنظمات والمؤسسات في دولة موريتانيا –

There is an office of Qatar Charity in Mauritania that works effectively and efficiently in addressing the most important humanitarian and development challenges faced by poor and needy people in Mauritania in several humanitarian fields.
At the forefront of Qatar Charity’s priorities is helping children who are victims of crises and disasters, before Qatar Charity’s work areas expand to include various humanitarian and development sectors such as education, health, water and sanitation, food, economic empowerment, childhood, social care and social harmony.
Accordingly, Qatar Charity announces its need to contract with a law-firm for its office in the Mauritania on an annual basis, provided that it meets the following conditions:
Holds a bachelor’s degree in law. Experience of not less than 10 years in law of Mauritania Holds a certificate of practicing-lawyer in the Mauritania Able to represent Qatar Charity in all levels of litigation (primary, appeal and cassation) in Mauritania At least 4 years of experience in labor law, civil law and tax law in Mauritania. Communicate in Arabic or English languages (written, spoken and read)
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Giving legal advice in several areas in labor law, civil law…etc
2. Editing, writing, and reviewing contracts and agreements for Qatar Charity – Mauritania.
3. Negotiation
4. Representing Qatar Charity office – Mauritania before the levels of litigation in the event of cases and disputes arising.
5. Giving advice on contracting with organizations and institutions in Mauritania
